  1. I have this WAZ file, it isn't a song. I had it taken out from a .avi file! I want to know if it's possible to take out the voices of the characters, but leave, intact, the background music and sound effects? Is it possible? If so, PLEASE HELPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!! THanks!!

  4. This is often possible with music tracks - I don't know if it will work for the voice track in a movie..

You can download VocalRemover at the link below and try it out - its free. Read the author's explanation of how it works. You can use it through WinAmp or as a DirectX plugin with Cakewalk, nTrack, CoolEdit, etc (any program that accepts DirectX plugins).

  8. this is no problem -
just go into the winamp preferences -> output and set it to Disk Writer, and select the directory.

  9. Glad it worked. By the way, you'll never be able to completely remove vocals/speech - best case scenario there is usually a little echo left over. With music, the filter usually pulls out some bass and drums, although it works very well with just guitar and vocals.
