A promotional Disney thing, where they make a custom video with someone's name.

    Here's an example:

    http://www.sun7news.com/index.php?code=4LA2ZVF294JIC8M72s78&CMP=OTC-WWYCOVS1001

I found it in temporary internet files as a .swf file but when it plays, it doesn't have the customized name, apparently it's something done on the website.

Any way to capture this as it appears on the website?

Orbit, using Grabit will download the .swf (flash) file.

You'll need a player to watch it, a converter to change the format.

You need a screen capture program.

Apparently just capturing the .swf file isn't enough, the site itself adds things to the video that aren't on the file, which I can get from the temporary internet files folder. I need something that captures everything that's on the screen.

I tried Camtasia but apparently my 2.4 Gig computer isn't enough horsepower to make it work well. Is there another one that requires less CPU?
