SIGN VIDEO PA-100 Single Proc Amp and PAL

so i read most of the topic related to that question , but still didnt get the answer . so if anybody knows , does the PA-100 Single Proc Amp works with PAL signal ?
and i would also like to know which of the following s-vhs machines would you recomend :

- JVC HR-S 9500 E
- JVC HR-S9600EU
- SHARP VC-S2000GM
- JVC HR-S9850EU
- PANASONIC NV-HS 1000EG
- JVC HR-S 8600

The SignVideo DR-1000 works with PAL, so I'd be surprised if the PA-100 did not.
