How to extract subtitle ( XSUB ) from divx video ?

Is it any way to extract subtitles ( XSUB ) from divx video ?

For instance, extract to sup format for DVD creating.

I could not find any way to play XSUB with any player except DivX Player, but it works terribly (as usual, IMHO)...

I think AVIAddXSubs is only utility which adds subtitles to DIVX/AVI properly (the only problem - this is not unicode one) and they are playable on hardware DVD player, but not on software players like Media Player Classic. AVI Info from this package could see embedded XSubs, but XSUB subtitles is not seen by AVIMuxGUI, like there is no such stream at all...

Hope new version of AVIMuxGUI will find XSub and someone will write avisplitter to make Media Player Classic see XSub stream... unfortunately I could not help...

My SONY DVD player accept SRT and SSA, but use so tiny font (even if in ssa fontsize set to 100) that I could read them only from 1m from my 21'' TV... I think SONY does not respect people using such tiny font not only for menu but for subtitles too... So XSUB is only way for me to get big font in my player...
