Title says its all. I've looked at
    • Kodak Zi6
      Creative Vado HD
      Flip Mino Hd

I like Kodak's option of 60 fps. But I also need a camcorder able to record well in low light. Space is also an issue I'd like 4 hours of recording in HD. If its SD card or internal, its fine. What do you guys think or do you ahve other suggestions?

  2. What are you doing, snowboarding at night? All snowboarding i've ever seen has very bright conditions, not low light conditions. Canon hd camcorders have been said to have good low light capabilities.

  5. they all suck in low light

    check the reviews on amazon.com

    http://www.amazon.com/review/product/B001BO7R00/ref=cm_cr_dp_synop?_encoding=UTF8&show...R19UT19PL91GRR

    Cons:
-Not as small and light as a Flip Mino
-Mediocre-Poor Video Quality in low light situations
-Makes annoying sounds when turning on & off
-Controls, while functional, are somewhat clunky

I like the Flip Mino HD. It's not that bad in low light.

I'm ditching the pocket sized camcorder, because truthfully they all do really suck. (Like you said)

    Heh. You're probably right.

Check out the 6:00 mark of the second video I posted above. The biggest problem with these tiny camcorders is the horrible rolling shutter problem. It's like looking through a Jello sculpture. And THAT is going to be bad news when you're speeding down a big hill.

  10. RCA EZ300HD looks very interesting but I don't think this class of cameras worth more than $99

This is $399 http://www.fotoconnection.com/p77906-sanyo-xacti-vpc-hd1000-hd-camcorder-1-25-cmos.html. BTW <-- is this source reliable?
