Greetings, i have been sent a dvd 4.7gb , it has a basic standalone philips dvd recorder menu and no chapters between songs. Now i want to make a new menu and chapter edit the dvd files , what is the best cheapest and maybe free program to use ?

Easiest: Tmpgenc dvd author and import the dvd and make menus, chapters.
Cheapest: Demultiplex the dvd to video and audio streams with pgcdemux. Use Gui For DVD author to import those and make menus and chapters.
