    Hi all,

I have a couple of MKV files that I am able to fit onto a single layer DVD each - I have used mkv2vob to convert them to VOB files in order to play them on my PS3.

The conversion pushes the filesize over the single layer DVD filesize limit and so I am looking for a method that will allow me to reduce the size of the VOB file to a single DVD capacity.

I had thought that I might be able to use a program such as DVD Shrink but it seems that it cannot open a single VOB file by itself.

Can anyone recommend a quick and easy way to resize the VOB file?

    Many thanks in advance.

Sorry guys, I've just spotted that GOTSent has an option to 'Fit to DVD (4.7)' - I'll give that a go and come back if I encounter any problems.

    Thanks for looking.

    That didn't work, produced a 4.85gb file.
    Any ideas welcome.

Try using tsMuxer on the mkv instead of MKV2VOB

Thanks for the suggestion - how do I use tsMuxer to resize a file? I don't clearly see an option?

    Thanks in advance.
