help with aviaddxsub please

i used the programme for first time, looked great, worked - i had a foreign language .avi, and the .sub and .idx files all named same,
ran programme, but for some reason the subtitles are so low down on the screen at first i didnt know they were even there, its only with a lot of messing around with TV that i could see the very very top of the letters, like a millimeter of them.
please help and tell me how to raise them to just below the video image. thank you.

Try change the Vertical Position under Configuration 1.

thanks, do you know what is good? i will have to try when get home. do i make what ever number is there already lower or higher?
