    hi!

    I wonder if it's possible to connect a RF (SCART) cable into a computer. I would like to connect a DVD player (radio with a DVD player) to my computer. Is it possible?

    You would likely have to use a video tuner card with RF inputs. Then figure out what software will work to display the signal. Most cards should be able to tune your DVD player RF output channel. I wouldn't expect great quality. RF is inferior to composite or S-video or other formats.
