There is a upgrade to InCD 3.23 available at http://www.nero.com
There is also a teeny patch for Nero 5.5.7.2 that adds a few drives that were not properly supported before:
AOpen: 24X10X40 CD-RW, 24X10X48 CD-RW
PLEXTOR : CD-R PX-W1210S
