    Cannot get any of my lightscribe software to work. I have always used express labeler by Sonic. Recently I have started getting a runtime error. I tried the simple labeler from the lightscribe website and also get a run time error. I tried an older version of Nero (7) but it prints for a second and says finished. With nothing on the disk. I don't know where else to seek help and I hope this is in the right forum.

    maybe uninstall the lightscribe system software and install the latest version?
    it's in add/remove programs.

    Sonic express labeler + nero ... conflicts, only one to be installed
