His arm (the one against the building) looks un-naturally long.

How old is that pic? It's a street magician (a la David Blaine).

gadgetguy, you are correct. In addition, his nads are (or were?) going to be sore after that

Here is another pic i found showing them setting him up...

    With the caption reading,

This seemingly faked photo can easily be explained away as sorcery. Unfortunately, it's actually a street performer named Johan Lorbeer, who stands in a harness hanging from a fake arm that's attached to the building.
The real magic is that the support system up there doesn't crush his nuts.

The above one is easy. The room has been designed with one of the walls (where the man with the broom is standing) being actually the floor.

The illusion is all to do with the construction of the room.

The photo has been taken sideways so it appears the man is standing sideways on the wall.

    nope...that is actually the wall

this is something best left to the abstract artistic mind...which is why it works so well
the whole idea is to be amazed

I was in a room once in Jackson Hole that was completely upside down...chairs on the ceiling, chandileer on the floor, pictures hung upside down...a beautiful room to put a waking drunk in

for more info, look up "installation artists"
