    in paintshop pro 9 and corel paintshop pro x2 there are picture tubes, which you can add to a photo.i wish to use the butterfly, however i would like to add butterflies to my front page of my website which is a html page.i wish to add to the background, not to a picture. is this possible to do and how is it done. do any of the photo editors open html pages, ie photoshop, corel etc which have picture tubes. thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

    i still need some help , does corel produce a program which can read html files and contain picture tubes. thanks in advance

    html is text. You are talking about graphics. Chalk and cheese. Put simply, you cannot just load a html file and draw all over it.

    You have two choices, neither of which will make you happy.

    1. Open the html file in a browser, then use alt+prtscn to take a snapshot to the clipboard. Open your graphics program, paste in the image and start making changes.

    2, Design your web page from scratch in your graphics program.

    In both cases the end result will be an image that you will have to slice up and wrap in html code to make a new web page.
