How to make Keep V Flash Converter work

I have Keep V Flash Converter
I want to download a U Tube video then freeze one image from the U-Tube video.

Questions
#1 Can I tell the software WHERE to download the UTube video to?

#2 What would be the best way to freeze an image and turn it into a jpg file

1. Use something better... Orbit Downloader
2. Play the FLV with MPC and save screenshots under File->Save Image.

I installed ORBIT. It downloaded the U Tube video woth no problem. Great!

Question #1 ORBIT downloaded the entire page....U -tube video and all the stuff, comments, advertisements on the U-Tube page. Is it possible to get ORBIT to download only the U-Tube video?

Question #2 How to a freeze / capture just one frame from the U-Tube video

I have not been able to get these softwares - Keep V Flash Converter and Orbit -
to capture a screen image from U-Tube. I think I have spent a few hours trying with no success!

Could someone help me? Please explain how it is done.
