Help with video ripping - tried lots of programs

I'm trying to rip a video but i'm unsure if its actually possible to rip it

The video on the homepage (which needs to be clicked to be started) is what i'm trying to rip but i'm having trouble
I've tried Orbit, real player and URL snoop which for some reason wouldnt work for me (I've tried a few other programs l are working so far because of the lack of extension in the URL i think)

If anyone can help me in any way it be greatly appreciated, even if the help is just to simple use your URLsnooper to give me the real URL so i can rip it for myself!

It looks like streaming flash and then you need Replay Media Catcher. I haven't seen any free software for this(except desktop screen recording).
