Need aacdecdrop

I want to convert aac 5.1 to wav, then to ac3, but the link on rarewares isnt working for me, could someone please upload the .zip file so I can download it. Please, do not use rapidshare or megaupload, they do not work at where i come from.

Other options: You can use megui or behappy or eac3to to convert 5.1aac => 5.1AC3
