I have a HTDZ HT-81 Super Uni-directional Electret Condenser microphone that i have never used since i got it, so the other day i took it out it's box and plug into my Panasonic GS500 with a NEUTRIK XLR to 3.5 Stereo cable, but the sound is still in Mono left hand side only, is there some thing on the camcorder that i need to switch on, or does the XLR cable not put both mono tracks into a stereo track.
