How do they do it? Video stream on a forum

Hello all

I am trying to gather some information as to how would someone get this done.
Keep in mind, I am looking to find some examples so I can see if it can be captured, now how to do the forum.


I am going to be watching some videos that will be posted in a forum, they are supposed to be a HD video streams, and I am pretty sure they will be embedded on the forum.
Since its not a live stream (because you will be able to post questions about it in the forum below) I am sure it is not live and they are claiming it is a rebroadcast.
My question is, how easy will it be to capture that onto my PC?
video lenghts will be from 2 to 3 hrs long, size of the video will be 1024x768.

I have DownloadHelper installed on my Firefox, and I am looking at couple of other ones. But since I dont know how that will be posted on the forum its a little hard to test it correctly.

The forum they are using is the vBulletin.
