JVC GZ-HD7, Canon Vixia HG-21 or sony hdr-sr12?

I'm about to buy a camcorder and I think it should be one of these... but I can't decide which one!
I've been reading about specs, formats, manual controls, editing... my brain is going to explode!
So please, any advice is welcome.

what are you going to use it for?
I like cams with LANC and tape drive

do a search for each camera at http://www.vimeo.com for some sample footage from each model

I like the ability to shoot in full 1920x1080p with the HG20/21, but to each his own.

I did check camcorderinfo. If they are right, I think I should buy the Canon HG-21 (well, the model reviewed is HG-20, but is almost the same).
I downloaded a couple of vids for each model from vimeo, but my (on board) graphic card sucks! Anyway, I really liked how the canon sample looked.
