    I have a bunch of MOV files, and they play fine in Quicktime. But, if I play them in WMP or upload it to any file sharing site..the audio becomes out-of-sync and dosent line up with the video. Any suggestions? Is there a software that can fix this?

    MOV files from a camera? then try mp4cam2avi and convert to avi.

    No, the files are not from camera. Do I have to convert the file to something else, so it won't be out of sync?

    It might help to reconvert. Try mp4cam2avi or mpeg streamclip.
