Hi, I have tried doing a bunch of research before asking, but can't seem to find the answer. I am wondering, what is the resolution from an analog camcorder. I had thought I heard it was 320 x 240. If that is the case, as I try to increase the resolution of output of my final product, i.e. 352 x 240 for VCD, or 480 x 480 for SVCD, or even 7.. X 480 for XSVCD aren't I just going to make the picture look blockier as it is simply increasing the pixel size, but not the resolution?
As a follow up, what is the resolution that a DV camcorder outputs at?
Thanks,
Noah
