Only left to right from what i can see (blue colouring). I also made a 1sec video if you want to see for your self. Notice the Text going up and down though appearing ghostly-like.

That's definitely screwed up. It looks like a multipath noise problem. I don't know how a simple s-video to SCART adapter could do that.

See, i told you that it was seriously messed up. 3 years ago that i purchased this converter I assumed that it was a colour conversion issue, because at the time i didnt know that a scart could carry s-video signal, but know that i do, i guess it must be the TV's.
I also found a gold plated converter possibly of greater fidelity, so i could possibly buy it and test to see if it's an issue with the converter i currently own (cause it's a cheap one.
BTW if it really is the adapters fault, shouldnt i get noise and distortion on the B&w signal. Cause the TV that experiences that seems to display clear black and white image. (Although i would have to recheck for that ghosting effect causing the text to run up and down the screen)
