    hello, i have downloaded a video from youtube: ( Amy Macdonald - This Is The Life.flv )

    Now i waht to convert it into AVI HD format using XviD4PSP program, but i don't know how to do....

    Can anyone give me some help with any ideas of tutorial???

    AVI HD???? from a 320x240 video? Try VCD instead of HD, if the quality is really good perhaps DVD but not High Definition
