it could be your burn is get bad it could be a bad image file. hard drive is to slow defrag it. might have bad ram no one can real tell you. You have to find out for your self its your PC

If problem comes from bad file, that's that. if not, you might wanna check your CD's transfer mode property..
Control panel -> system -> hardware/device manager -> IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers. If your CD device shows as PIO, try change it to DMA, it might help speed up the buffer. -
Are you running any active virus protection? I have McAffey Activeshield (I think that's the name) on my PC & it periodically checks my system. When it's running, I can only burn a CD at 1-2x speed without a buffer underrun, but when it's disabled, I'm free to burn a disk at max speed (8x on my system).

If all of the above things are not happening and you are getting close to the end of the burning process, you can manually increase the amount of buffer space you have.
This can be done in: File > Preferences > Buffer use the pull down menu here to select manual configuration and then type in the amount of RAM you want to set aside for burning. Make sure to read the caution statement on that page too.

Thank you guys, it worked, i just had to increase the size of the RAM used in buffer,
