Ok folks, what's the best freeware (or cheap) cutting program that will work on Win2k, frame accurate, NTSC compatible, that won't re-encode or un-sync the audio.
I use TMPGEnc and Mpegtool, but would like to find something to make edits a little faster, a little more accurate.

Womble MPEG2VCR for editing both vcd and svcd. Fast and frame accurate, no reencoding, ?padding problem (size of file becomes larger).
Not free.

I find that the method on this site utilising bbMPEG works good for Svcd's. Haven't had a sync (or any other) problem to speak of. And bbMPEG is freeware.
