TSmuxer Advice needed

Have ripped a BR disc to the HDD using AnyDVD HD, then BD Info and finally TSmuxer.

TSmuxer Output options are: TS Muxing, M2TS Muxing, Create BR Disc.

My Questions...
(1) What is the difference between TS Muxing and M2TS Muxing, and which one should I use?
(2) Using TSMuxer, how do I compress the main file so as to fit onto a 25gb BR disc ??
(3) What happens when I select Create Blu-ray Disc ??
