dvd architect burning issue

I have dvd architect installed(v5) every time i try to burn a project I get the following error

Itried installing an earlier version of dvd architect (4.5 ithink it was but same error)
this a new dvd burner and works perfectly in all other programs I have installed.
I have seen a few posts on the net with the same problem but none resolved
any suggestions on fixing this ,or alternate software for burning my vegas8 projects
