I have an LG Viewty (KU990) and am happy with it, although longer battery life would be nice.

    no keyboard = not useful
Can you imagine using a computer without keyboard? Exactly...
Lack of hardware keyboard is one of the reasons why i.e. tablet PCs never took off, and so-called "smartphones" without keyboard are still a niche even among teenagers and tweenies. Simply they are no more useful than any other dumbphones. Try edit any simplest word document on an iPhone and you'll see what I'm talking about

    I have the HTC 8525.

I WANT the HTC Touch Pro / AT&T Fuze. VGA Screen, 5-row Keyboard, all the bells and whistles.

(Don't forget, Christmas is just around the corner.)
Nothing can stop me now, 'cause I don't care anymore.

actually this phone comes with a qwerty keyword and it comes with the Haptic feedback which means when ever you touch a key you feel the phone response

"haptic feedback" is just a touchscreen that feels weird (you guess it - I didn't like it).
If it came with real keyboard and a tilt screen (like TYTN II) it would have become instantly a holy grail of PocketPCs IMHO.
Great specs nonetheless, works great too, but lack of keyboard makes it really crippled.
I know, some people may like the screen keyboard with (or without) haptic feedback), but whenever you need to type something quick like username and passwords for i.e. this forum - and virtual keyboard takes half or 2/3 of your screen - I *bet* each one of yous at least isn't that happy with it

That flip up "thing" looks pretty much useless and unnecessary. Its just something that can easily break that was added to make the phone look cool. Interface is horribly, horribly slow.

    Mine is a Nokia N82.
Nice phone, great camera, wifi, gps and external memory up to 16GB.
The TV Out with the H264 playback it's very handy too. If only the battery could hold more...

This is the replacement for the Tilt. My gf has the tilt and it's not a bad phone, but the Tilt keyboard got a lot of Oooohs and Ahhhhs but very, very little use. I've messed around with it some and even using Office apps, I still don't tilt the screen. If you were to set it down on a table so tilting would be practical, then typing isn't as practical because the keyboard is too small. It was a novel idea, but now it's become more of a novelty than anything else. I can't even say I've seen anyone else mimicking it.

But, to each his own. I'd take this over the Tilt any day of the week.

The "tilt" on TyTN II is not for typing (obviously, as you've noticed).
It is for watching movies/videoclips or a videophone etc - gotta have some imagination (and not a "Tilt" but a "TyTN II" because "Tilt" has no videophone's 2nd camera). There are plenty of uses for it, when holding a phone is actually *not* preferred at the moment - yet you still want to see the screen.

RAZR V3 - I wanted it for a long time, now I have it. I no longer miss my TIMEPORT that I retired 3 years ago.
