Hi,
Can anyone tell me how to view the attached file? I've tried it on two computers and with a few programs, and none of them work. If anyone is able to figure out what I need to do to view it, I would greatly appreciate it!

I captured it with a USB wireless camera, model 812GA2, manufactured by AGPtek. Capture device is TridVid. I used Windows Movie Maker to record, and in the preview window while recording, it looks normal, but when played back, the attached file is what I get out.
The camera spec says it records in 510x492 (NTSC), but the file says it's 720x480. I don't really know anything about this stuff, but I desperately need to get this file fixed... -
Is there a company that anyone could recommend that might be able to unscramble this file?

You probably won't be able to "unscramble" it because it is recorded that way into the .wmv file
You probably have to capture it correctly in the first place (i.e. I don't think this is a software playing issue, or a decoding issue)
