    Do I use DVDStyler and I love making menus. But if a clip goes over 27 minutes, the remaining VOB footage is called 'unreferenced material'. I know this because I open the ISO image up in dvdshrink and that is what I find. The vob files are not played on a dvd player. Anyone know how to fix this ?

    Unreferenced material is exactly that - material that is not linked to any menu or any other footage. If DVD Styler is doing this with material you have linked to menus then it is faulty and you should try something else instead.
