[help] small size good quality

Hi all,

I was wondering if there is a way to make a anime episode with small filesize with good quality like this -> [link removed]

(every time when they release a anime with 24min the filesize is always 170mb) How can I make it the same ? Is it from the codecs or... something else?

Don't link to warez torrents.

Use h264 video codec and aac audio codec with low bitrate and low resolution and you can get small file size with decent quality. Convert using for example Xvid4psp.
