I was just wondering what the compatibility of these is. Here is a short discription.
Some people call them "Diamond" CDRs, we call them TruSilver -- These new CDRs boast a completely colorless bottom recording layer, so they appear to most people just like the CD-ROMs they buy in record stores or from software companies. There isn't the slightest tinge of the usual greenish, yellowish or bluish haze you see on the bottom of most types of older CDRs. Yet this amazing new proprietary clear dye formula still enables full compatibility with today's current CDR standards for both burners and players alike... In fact, the only complaint we get from first-time users is -- "How can you tell which side to record on, which side goes down?" (HINT: There are small black product code numbers around the center hole. When you orient the disk so that you can read the numbers properly left to right, that side goes goes UP, and the active recording side is the OTHER side, which goes DOWN...) =)
