    Why do WMV, WMA AVI, Mp4 etc, videos have to be converted for FLV files for utube purposes?

    Is it a MUST to convert your videos to flv for yourtube?

    What advantages do flv videos have over their mp4/wmv etc equivalent?- list them please?
