So Ipod Classic has had Subtitles (and Closed Captioning) as an option for a while now, but I still haven't figured out how to put soft subs into my videos so that they'll play on my iPod with the subs available should I turn them on.
How do I do this? Preferrably through muxing so I can still use meGUI to encode my movies.

Bump your old topic instead. https://forum.videohelp.com/topic341781.html?highlight=ipod
I have not seen any way to do this yet.
