Cannot start a service

G'day guys
I need your help starting this service. No matter what I do cannot start it. I cannot create an Internet Connection. If I need to type parameters I don't know what they are.

Please help me.

Hello jollyjohn;

In case you haven't already tried this;

click on the "dependencies" tab and check to see if the relative dependent services are started; you should check in particular for "Telephony" and "Remote Procedure Call (RPC)". If any dependent services are stopped, they should be restarted through the general tab/startup type box.

Also check if Remote Access Connection Manager Service is started.
