DGPulldown
You have to demux the video first and resize to 720x480, preferably non-interlaced.

thank you for the reply will try DGPULLDOWN and will come back to post a new reply to see how everything went... -
Note that 25 frames per second to 59.94 fields per second doesn't use 3:2 pulldown but rather 3:2:3:2:2. In any case, DgPulldown will generate the correct pattern.
