Since this is a forum for users inside and outside the US, I was just wonder what are your thoughts on the economy.

Are you worried about your job?
You think a turn around will happen any time soon?
Do you know people that have lost the jobs because of the current global economic down turn?
Do you think we are in a recession?
Do you think we're headed for a depression?

Yes

Do you think we are in a recession?

Being in a recession is not a matter of belief, when discussing the economy there is a specific definition that has either been met or not. I don't know if there have been 2 consecutive quarters of negative growth, so I don't know if "we" are or not.

Do you think we're headed for a depression?

Yes I tend to agree.

In fairness to the other thread that was locked for being potentially political despite being humorous this thread could spiral out of control faster than you can say shazam.....

I am going to lock this now just to avoid any potential ugliness from occuring.....
