    i have an .avi which is PAL 25 and have encoded to NTSC 29.970 without the audio..
    now my movie has a shorter length than the audio?

    how do i fix this?
    i tried to change the fps with besweet but when i play it, it sounds like chipmunks..

    You converted the frame rate incorrectly. Encode as 720x480 25 fps progressive MPEG. Then use DgPulldown to add pulldown flags for 29.97 fps. You won't need to change the audio.
