Hi, All
I know that there are already a few similar questions on this board, but I would like to know if there are any progs available to compress an mpeg 2 video from 1 gig to fit on a 80 min cdr.
i know that i could try to re-encode the mpeg, but when i used tmpg (something like that), I couldn't change the bitrate. The options were greyed out.
Let me know if u have any ideas?

"compressing" means reencode at lower bitrate. Use a bitrate calculator (tool section) to calculate the average or constant bitrate, so you can fit the whole mpeg on the CD.
In TMPG load unlock.mcf from the TMPG\template subdir.
