    Hi, i was going to convert a dvd to h264+aac .mkv, then when i was going to convert the audio with nero aac (multichannel 128 kbps) i get an error. I tried reinstalling and trying winamp aac and faac, but it gives the same result.
    And in the log it says like this :

    "An error occured"
    "Stacktrace
    at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath
    at System.IO.FileStream.WriteCore(Byte[] buffer, Int32 offset, Int32 count
    at System.IO.FileStream.Write(Byte[] array, Int32 offset, Int32 count
    at MeGUI.AviSynthAudioEncoder.encode()
    Inner exception: null
    Output from encoder via stderr
    Output from encoder via stdout: ERROR: Could not initialize SBR"

    Thanks

  2. Did you set the program paths for NeroAACEnc.exe in the configuration?

    What MeGUI build? Do you have all updates incl. profiles?

    What did you use as audio input? avs. script or audio directly?

    What kind of input audio? (5.1 or 2.0 use mediainfo)

    Yup, program path set.

    MeGUI build 3006 updated+profiles

    Input is direct audio from dvd 3.1 (5.1 in all programs) ac3.

  4. Hmm, I just tested it directly on a 5.1AC3 as input using the same profile, no issues. Make sure force decoding via directshow is unchecked. Are you on Vista? If so make sure you are running as administrator. I have no other ideas, perhaps you could ask the developers @ Doom9 Forums
