  1. I'm trying to make a mix disc of cartoons ranging from 5 minutes to 25 minutes and want to be able to skip to teh next clip when I press the Next button on my remote. In the options I checked sequential playback, loop playback, and auto-start playback. I didn't include a menu on purpose. With these settings it will not skip to the next clip when I hit next. So can I acomplish what I'm looking for?

Short answer is that you can't. The Next button is used to skip chapters, not titles. Your clips all equate to being titles when you use ConvertXtoDVD. You could go in afterwards with PGCEdit and change all the navigation to get a round this, but a simpler solution would be to use DVD Flick to do the conversion instead. Put all the clips into a single title, and you cam make each one a chapter and skip to your heart's content.

  3. Thanks. Does DVD Flick accept multiple formats like ConvertX?

  6. It seems like with DVD Flick (my version is 1221), you can click Add Title (just one time for your whole project) and input your first clip, and then for adding subsequent clips, click Edit Title> Video Sources>Add >browse for clip>Accept. Do this last part repeatedly to input all your clips. You should see all your clips entered on the top, each clip separated by + sign (see white circle in screenshot). In this case I have 2 clips total. (But I think the total duration of all your added clips should be not much more then 2 hours.) Then on Edit Title> General you can click Create chapters on every new video source
and also you can click Do not create any chapters>Accept.

When adding multiple files to one title in DVDFlick, I often ended up with the audio and video out of sync.

Just be aware of this problem.
