  1. Is there a way to make a dvd, if i have some files in NTSC and some in Pal, without reencoding one of them?

    DVDShrink can make a mixed DVD....but you won't have a menu.
    DVDFlick would be a quick and dirty convert job....and probably the easiest convert job out there.

    Yes, GuiForDVDAuthor will let you make a disk with titles in either or both formats.
    It will warn you that it's not kosher, but you can proceed.
    I've done this often and never had a problem on any DVD player here, where most players and TVs are "multi-system".

    If you are in a PAL country you will have a far better success rate than if you are in an NTSC country. I couldn't find out what format Here predominantly uses, so you will have to work it out for yourself.

    FAVC can also to format conversion, and is arguably better than DVD Flick at it.
