preserve subtitle timing after you cut out a segment of the movie?

How do you cut in handbrake? You can choose titles and chapter to chapter but not custom cutting or?

  8. I noticed with DVD Shrink, when you cut out a piece of a movie, then you are stuck with 2 titles (the part before and after the cut). Is there a way to have the movie remain as one title? Or use another software to combine the 2 titles back to one title?

  9. You can try Mpg2Cut2 - https://www.videohelp.com/tools/Mpg2Cut2
Cuts with original bitrate and saves into .mpg files
