DVD Cutter

Hi,
I need a good & easy to use DVD Cutter/joiner soft. There are some cutter in net, but not free or can cut for 5/10 mins only. So, please give me some reference.

If you want frame accuracy with minimal to no re-encoding them you have to pay. If you can live with I frame accuracy then there are many more options, including cuttermaran and mpeg2cut2.

Cuttermaran can do frame-accurate cutting, with a small amount of re-encoding around the cuts. Otherwise, it can begin cuts on I-frames and end them on P-frames with no re-encoding.

I-frames appear at the start of every group of pictures (GOP). For me, every 15 frames. Look at the glossary for more information. (That link is located on the left side of VideoHelp webpages near the top.)

Hi quiet,
I tried with cutterman to cut .VOB files, but failed. It's can'nt open .VOB files!!! Why?

But, mpeg2cut2 can do it. I made some test successfullly.

Cuttermaran can only open separate video and audio streams. Demultiplex the video and audio from a dvd using for example pgcdemux.
