    I cannot locate the windows xp driver for this SCSI card anywhere. Anyone know any good driver sites?

    These are the official downloads form Adaptec : http://www.adaptec.com/en-US/support/scsi/2940/AHA-2944UW/

    Try the Windows 2000 driver. It was never officially supported for XP
