Anyone seen that before?
Index of Scan Line is out of range (360)
I was encoding an AVI file to MPEG2...
Loaded the normal SVCD (NTSC) template for TMPGEnc.
Changed to CQ_VBR (50), encode mode = non-interlace,
motion estimate search (fast).
The frame rate of the avi is 23.976, but when I encoded with NTSC Film it had no audio. I saw someone else had the same problem so they used NTSC instead. I did the same and got this.

I had this problem a while ago with a PAL captured AVI. To get rid of it go to settings -> advanced -> source range, and skip the first couple of frames. Something in the first frame might be buggered, anyway this fixed it with mine.
Cheers,
Bolix
