    i want to know how to convert avchd iso with subtitle to mkv with internal subtitle. what program can i use it?

    Extract the m2ts from the iso using isobuster. Use tsmuxer and extract the video and audio tracks(Maybe you can remux directly to mkv also). Add the tracks and subtitles using mkvtoolnix.
