When I run disk cleanup there are some compressed files listed. Can I delete these files without messing my PC up?

Depends on what they are. I would decompress a couple and see what's in them. Also depends where they are located. If they are within the Windows folder, they may be something needed. Lastly it would depend on how big they are. If they are small, I probably wouldn't bother to remove them.

Within the Disk Cleanup application? Do you mean there are compressed files listed there (what section?) or that there are files that can be compressed (Compress old files section)?
