Hi guys i have the media player classic home cinema with ac3 filter. I am trying to play a movie with dts but no dts comes out, theres sound but it is just regular optical sound not even dolby digital. I switch it to dolby digital 5.1 and it plays as DD 5.1. I clicked all the DTS stuff in the ac3filter config but still no go. I tried playing my dvd with vlc player and it plays the DTS track ( i dont use vlc rite now becuase the desyncing of sound and audio and i cant fix it!)

I fixed it.
I had to go to the menu in Media player classic
play -> filters -> ac3 audio decoder
I forgot to check the SPDIF option in the DTS section. Phew!
