Hi all, I'm having a bit of a problem. I have the Intensity card from BlackMagic (Just Intensity, not the Pro) and I'm having trouble capturing audio. I'm capturing in Adobe Premiere CS3 via HDMI. I can capture video just fine but whenever I play the file back there is no audio. There is also no waveform when I drop it onto the timeline.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

    Specs:

Operating System: Windows XP Pro SP2
CPU Speed: Q6600 2.40 GHz Quad Core
    Harddrive space: 500GB
    RAM Memory: 4 GB
    Video Card: GeForce 8800 GTS

    Hey ercdill,

I just bought a BlackMagic Intensity and received it yesterday. I am having the same problem with capturing audio from the Xbox 360 via HDMI. Where you able to figure out the problem?

    Thanks!

For the ps3 you have to select whether or not audio goes through the hdmi output, fiber optic, or composite/component cables.

I only have the nonhdmi 360 so I don't know the differences on the 360 hdmi model. Have you ensured audio is outputted through the hdmi cable and not the fiber optic?

You can't choose how you want to output audio from the 360, you can only choose what you want to output. It'll then use whatever connection is available to output the signal). They give you the option to output Digital Stereo, 5.1 and 5.1 with WMA (I think). I've tried all three output signals...nothing.
